Secure hosting, updates, backups and monitoring handled for you, and a real person on hand when you need a change. One simple monthly plan.

How a project works

Clear steps, a fixed price and no surprises.

  1. A free conversation

    Tell me about your business, what is slowing you down and what you would like to achieve. No jargon and no obligation.

  2. A fixed price proposal

    A written proposal sets out exactly what I will build, the price, the timescale and when each payment is due. Nothing starts until you are happy with it.

  3. Built with you

    You see progress early and often, and your feedback shapes the result at every stage.

  4. Launch and aftercare

    I launch it, show you how everything works and stay on hand afterwards, with hosting and support available as a monthly plan.

Pricing and payment

Every project is different, so each one is quoted individually at a fixed price in pounds sterling (GBP) before any work begins. The proposal lists exactly what is included, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

  • ProjectsA fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts, with the payment schedule set out in the proposal.
  • Monthly plansHosting and support are billed monthly in GBP. Cancel at any time: your plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.
  • PayingBy bank transfer, or by debit or credit card. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so your card details never reach Shelt.
  • Cancellations and refundsCancel a project at any time and pay only for the work done so far. The details are in the terms of business.
